Latvia is a beautiful coastal country between Estonia and Lithuania that also borders Russia and Belarus. Latvia is very well developed, and a member of the European Union and NATO. Unlike other Russian-speaking countries in the area, Latvia is a vocal supporter of Ukraine at the United Nations. Latvia houses refugees from Ukraine, and would probably welcome a peaceful resolution of the incursion as a result.
